EU right of withdrawal (EU customers)

If you are an EU customer, you have 14 days from the date the last item in your order is delivered to notify us that you want to cancel/withdraw from the purchase and return the item(s).

Once you have notified us, you must send the item(s) back within 14 days. Items sent back without first making a return request will not be accepted.

Returns are processed as soon as reasonably possible once we receive the returned item(s), or once you provide proof of having sent them back (whichever happens first). Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Return shipping

Unless the item is defective, damaged or we sent the wrong item, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Shipping refund (EU only)

If you are exercising the EU right of withdrawal, we will refund the standard outbound delivery cost. We do not refund premium/express shipping upgrades.

Exemptions

Some products are excluded from withdrawal/return where permitted by law, including (but not limited to):

  • Made-to-order, custom-made, or vehicle-specific blinds
  • Personalised items
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Important note: you also allow checkout using a phone number only. Customers who checked out with a phone number only cannot use the customer accounts link above. They must use the return/withdrawal link in their SMS order confirmation instead.
